GoAccess creates an interactive HTML dashboard from a website's access logs. Reports include requests, visitors, bandwidth, status codes, referrers and browsers when those fields are present in the logs.

Reports are private and available through Virtualmin's Logs and Reports menu. Inside Webmin, the dashboard follows the theme's light or dark palette. Reports update hourly by default. Users with permission can also update them on demand or download a standalone HTML copy.

Each update reads the current log and, by default, its numbered or dated rotations, including gzip files. The report covers only the logs included in that update. Older statistics disappear when those logs are removed or excluded. Keep older logs if you need a longer reporting history. AWStats databases are not imported, and enabling GoAccess does not change AWStats.
