If enabled, the domain owner can open, create, edit, and query SQLite database
files in their home directory. Database access runs as the domain owner's Unix
account and cannot reach files outside that directory. The SQLite Perl driver
must be installed, and restricted directory access requires SQLite 3.39 or
later.
